Description

The Barolo Gramolere of Manzone Giovanni was born in the Gramolere, Monforte d'Alba and Langhe vineyards.

It is produced exclusively with Nebbiolo grapes, harvested around the first and second ten days of October. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 28 ° C for 15 days, then the wine ages in barriques for 24 months, before being bottled.

The Gramolere is characterized by a ruby red color. The nose opens with intense and harmonious fruity hints of cherries and raspberries. On the palate it is pleasantly warm and soft, with excellent tannic balance and good flavor. The wine has a spicy and balsamic finish.

Perfect to accompany roast red meats and game, it is ideal in combination with aged cheeses.
