Description
The Barolo Symposium of Bel Colle was born in the municipal area of Verduno, in the northernmost area of the Barolo appellation.
At the end of the harvest operations, the best bunches are fermented with a maceration on the skins for 15 days. Subsequently the wine is aged for about 3 years for 50% in Slavonian oak barrels, for 50% in French oak barrels and finishes in bottle.
It has a garnet color, with a bouquet of dry red flowers, raspberry, cherry and delicate spicy notes. The taste is structured, with velvety tannins.
To combine with game, braised or roasted meats.
