Description

Beaujolais Villages is produced by Château De la Tour de l'Ange, whose vineyards extend for approx. 40 hectares in both Burgundy and Beaujolais.

The pure Gamay grapes are pressed and then vinified in thermoregulated steel tanks. The refinement on the fine lees always takes place in steel and lasts 6-10 months.

Ruby red in color with violet reflections, the nose reveals aromas of violet, lilac and both black and red small fruits. The sip is fresh and generous, with silky tannins.

It goes very well with grilled red meats, noble roast poultry and sheep's milk cheeses.
