Description

Blue J beer represents one of the Peciali of Cantine Ceci. It is a product, made with an original recipe, which perfectly combines the use of spelled with the tradition of wheat-based beers.

This beer shows an opalescent golden color, with a white and creamy foam. The nose has citrus and yellow flesh fruit notes, with nuances of raw cereals. In the mouth it shows an excellent drink beer, with a hint of yellow pulp summer fruit and a light and delicate sparkling.

Ceci's Blue J is ideal for an aperitif. It is also an excellent companion for shellfish dishes and a good pizza.
