Description

Caccia al Piano's Bolgheri Rosso Ruit Hora is born in vineyards located in the Livorno municipality of Castagneto Carducci, in the heart of the Bolgheri denomination.

It is made with Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Petit Verdot grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine then ages for 18 months in French oak barrels of various toastings before being bottled.

It has a dark ruby red color. The nose opens with clear notes of raspberry, cocoa, and coffee. On the palate, it is full-bodied and vigorous, soft and velvety.

Perfect to accompany red and white meat dishes, it is ideal when paired with roasts and mature cheeses.
