Description
Chateau de Ricaud's Bordeaux Supérieur was born in vineyards located in the heart of the Bordeaux AOC.
It is mainly produced with Merlot grapes and with Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc grapes, harvested in October. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine is still in steel to stabilize and refine its organoleptic characteristics.
Chateau de Ricaud's Bordeaux Supérieur has a bright red color. The nose opens with intense hints of raspberry and wild blackberry. On the palate it is full and fruity, balanced and with a good structure.
Perfect to accompany red and roasted meats, this wine is ideal in combination with fresh cheeses.
