Description

In the heart of Burgundy, in Dijon, the Cuvée Les Charmes de Daix wine is born, an authentic expression of the unique terroir of this area. It is obtained from Pinot Noir grapes, grown in vineyards of just 2 hectares whose plants are between 15 and 50 years old, on calcareous-clayey soils.

The manual harvest of the bunches precedes a cold maceration of 4-5 days. Fermentation takes place in the traditional way at a controlled temperature, with aging for 16 months, of which 5 months in steel tanks and 11 in oak barrels.

This wine is characterized by a deep and intense ruby red color. The nose opens with a generous bouquet of red fruits. In the mouth it is elegant, pleasantly savory and balanced, with a remarkably persistent finish.

Ideal in combination with fish, poultry and white meat dishes in general.
