Description
Brunello di Montalcino Colombaio is produced by the Cava d'Onice company, founded in the 1980s by the Nannetti family.
The pure Sangiovese grapes are vinified with a maceration of 25 days and lasts approx. 12 days. The wine then ages for 4 years, of which at least 30 months in tonneaux and 18 in the bottle.
Ruby red in color with garnet reflections, it is expressed on the nose with aromas of violets, cherries and spices. The sip is harmonious and structured, characterized by excellent tannins and persistence.
Excellent in combination with lasagna with meat sauce, roast meats and game.
