Description

The Brunello Luce di Luce della Vite was born in vineyards located in Castelgiocondo, in the heart of the Sienese municipality of Montalcino.

It is produced exclusively with Sangiovese grapes, harvested manually in the last week of September. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at a maximum temperature of 30 ° C for 12 days. with maceration in contact with the skins for 4 weeks. Subsequently the wine ages for 24 months in mainly new barriques and in Slavonian oak barrels, before being bottled.

It has an intense ruby red color. The nose opens with hints of red fruits, accompanied by elegant notes of tobacco and chocolate. On the palate it is full and round, with velvety tannins and a pleasantly long finish.

Perfect to accompany roasts, stewed meats and game, it is ideal in combination with long-aged cheeses.
