Valle Central Cabernet Sauvignon DO Casillero del Diablo 2018 Concha y Toro

Conha y Toro's Cabernet Sauvignon was born in vineyards located in Casablanca, in the Casillero del Diablo estate, in the heart of the Maipo Valley region, known for the production of quality wines.

It is produced exclusively with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, a wonderful French grape variety from Bordeaux. The wine ages in American oak barrels for 9 months, before being bottled. Concha y Toro wines are the perfect expression of the extraordinary Chilean wine heritage.

This Cabernet Sauvignon is characterized by an intense ruby red color. The nose opens with an elegant bouquet of cherries, black currants and plums. On the palate it is balanced, with a medium body. The wine has a pleasant fruity aftertaste, with silky and pleasantly smooth tannins.

Perfect to accompany red and roasted meats, it is ideal in combination with aged cheeses.
