Description
The Cariñena Menguante Garnacha of Vinedos Y Bodegas Pablo was born in vineyards located in the famous wine region of Cariñena.
It is produced exclusively with Garnacha grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature.
Vinedos Y Bodegas Pablo's Menguante Garnacha has a dark cherry color with purple highlights. The nose carries fragrant notes of red fruits, currants and plums, enriched with pleasant mineral sensations. On the palate it is structured and fleshy, with fruity hints.
Ideal in combination with grilled and roasted red meats, it is ideal in combination with game.
