If Rosso di Montepulciano is a younger and more everyday wine, of great balance and elegance, with evident hints of red fruit and violet, and versatile in accompanying the meal, Nobile stands as the most distinguished counterpart, back from a 18 months aging between barriques and Slavonian oak barrels. The latter plays its sensoriality on notes of black fruits and spices while on the palate it exhibits a balanced and intense taste, with a discreet tannic presence. It is ideal with meat sauce dishes, grilled or casserole red meats.
