Description

Conde de Caralt Brut Nature is a Cava produced in the Penedès, one of the most iconic wine regions of Catalonia, which purely expresses the Mediterranean character and the tradition of the classic method. The Conde de Caralt brand, founded in 1964, represents over sixty years of experience in wine production, with a steadfast commitment to authenticity, quality, and stylistic consistency. This sparkling wine is born from the selection of the native varieties Macabeo, Xarel·lo, and Parellada, which together provide elegance, freshness, and a refined profile.

Vinification follows the traditional method with a second fermentation in the bottle. The wine ages on its lees for an extended period, which contributes to developing greater complexity, finesse, and harmony while maintaining vibrancy and aromatic precision.

In the glass, it shows a bright straw yellow color with greenish and golden highlights and a fine, persistent perlage. The nose is expressive and elegant, with subtle mature notes that add complexity and refinement. On the palate, it is broad, balanced, and smooth, with a lively freshness that is well integrated, leading to a long and refined finish with delicate nuances of aging.

It pairs perfectly with oysters, tuna or salmon tartare, ceviche, citrus salads, mushroom risottos, Iberian ham, and aged cheeses.
