Description

Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo from the Il Tralcetto line by Zaccagnini, which reflects the winery's desire to genuinely and honestly depict the Abruzzo region.

It is produced with a blend of black grape varieties. Only the first-run juice is fermented at low temperature, followed by a brief maturation in stainless steel and aging in the bottle.

It shows a rosé color. On the nose it is very harmonious and fragrant, with delightful notes of wild berries and grapefruit. On the palate, it is delicate and elegant, with lovely freshness.

Best served with fish dishes or white meats, it is a perfect match for shellfish.
