Description

The Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo Rosa-ae comes from vineyards cultivated under organic farming methods, with great care for the soil and ecosystem, and without the use of substances harmful to the environment.

Produced with native red grapes, after fermentation at a controlled temperature, it is left to mature in stainless steel tanks.

The bright red color, enriched with violet highlights, is supported by fresh and persistent fruity notes. The bouquet recalls strawberries, pomegranate, and cherry, with floral hints reminiscent of rose. On the palate it is lively, with a good balance between softness and mineral notes, resulting in a persistent and pleasant taste.

A rosé wine ideal to serve alongside assorted Italian appetizers, pasta dishes, soups of legumes and cereals. Also excellent paired with white meats and elaborate fish-based dishes.
