Description
Alberto Giacobbe's Cesanese del Piglio Superiore Riserva Lepanto comes from vineyards located in the municipality of Paliano, in the province of Frosinone.
It is produced with grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of maximum 26 ° C. Subsequently the wine ages for at least 12 months in oak barrels and for another 18 months in bottle, before being released on the market.
Alberto Giacobbe's Lepanto has an intense ruby red color. The nose opens with hints of blackberry jam, blueberry and raspberry. On the palate it is fresh and balanced, with well integrated tannins.
This wine is perfect to accompany soups and all red meat dishes.
