Description

The Champagne Brut of the Maison Laurent-Perrier is born in vineyards located in the historic area of Champagne.

It is produced with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes, harvested and selected strictly by hand. The wine rests on the lees for at least 3 years, to develop balance and maintain the typical freshness of the vines, then refine in the bottle before being marketed.

This Champagne Brut has a delicate and bright gold color, with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose has delicate aromas and great freshness, with floral notes and fruity nuances of citrus and peach. In the mouth it is fine and lively, with a long finish.

Perfect to accompany light appetizers, it is ideal in combination with first courses and dishes based on fish, sushi and raw fish. Excellent also with fresh cheeses.
