Description

Champagne Brut Cordon de Rosé > is produced by Maison Bolieu, in Côte des Blancs.

Champagne is made from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes. The vinification takes place in thermo-regulated steel tanks, followed by sparkling winemaking according to the Champenoise method and aging on the yeasts for 5 years.

It is characterized by a salmon pink color and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with aromas of strawberries and raspberries. On the palate it is creamy, fine and persistent.

Delicious as an aperitif, it pairs well with fish-based dishes.
