Description

The Champagne Brut Blanc de Blancs of Dourdon-Vieillard originates from the best Chardonnay grapes selected from the 62 plots of the municipality of Reuil, located in the heart of the denomination. Only the best vintages take part in its composition. It is placed on the market after at least 5 years of refinement.

Pale yellow in colour, it has a very fine and persistent perlage. On the nose it is delicate and elegant, with notes of white flowers and yellow pulp fruit. When sipped it guarantees a perfect gustatory balance.

The ideal pairing for this Champagne includes delicate fish-based dishes, including raw fish, and shellfish.
