Description

Tarlant's Cuvée Louis is a Brut Nature Champagne produced in the Vallée de la Marne with a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The grapes come from 65-year-old vines located in the prestigious Les Crayons vineyard, characterized by a chalk-rich soil.

In the production process, following a soft pressing, the wine is fermented in barriques without malolactic fermentation. A second fermentation in the bottle follows according to the Champenoise Method and is aged for at least 80 months on the lees.

This Champagne stands out for its iridescent golden yellow color, with fine perlage and numerous bubbles. On the nose it is rich with notes of dried fruit and hints of sweet spices, first of all vanilla. On the palate the wood gives a greater structure with citrus and savory notes.

Suitable for complex dishes and seafood first courses.
