Description

Champagne Brut NatureM18 is produced by Damien Hugot, a house based in Épernay. Most of the vineyards are located in Côte des Blancs, the chosen land of Chardonnay.

The Champagne is made from pure Chardonnay grapes. The secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle using the traditional method, with a maturation of as long as 5 years on its own lees.

With a straw yellow color and golden hues, featuring a fine and persistent perlage, it opens on the nose with aromas of tropical fruit, yellow flowers, and brioche. The sip is fresh and rounded, with good persistence.

Excellent both as an aperitif and with fish-based appetizers and second courses based on shellfish.
