Sharp and sharp as expected from a Blanc de Blancs.

It is a tribute to the history of the Maison, its founder and the Orange dynasty. Champagne Princes de Venoge Brut Blanc de Blancs traces the bottles created by the founder Joseph de Venoge and its shape is presented with lines similar to those of a decanter.

The grapes, 100% Chardonnay, 30% of which come from reserve wines, were harvested exclusively from Mesnil sur Oger and Trépail Grand Cru and Premier Cru. The 5 years of rest on the lees complete the path towards excellence.

Lively and fine perlage. The nose shows subtle citrus notes of lemon and cedar, against the background of a soft elderflower and an intricate complexity of yeast and iodized hints. The same elegance is found in the taste, where it persists in the sign of freshness.

It goes well with a fish tartare.
