Description
The Champagne Brut Cordon de Rosé is produced by the Bolieu maison, in Côte des Blancs.
Champagne is made from Chardonnay grapes. After vinification, sparkling wine is made according to the Champenoise method and subsequently involves aging on the yeasts for 5 years.
It is characterized by a salmon pink color and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with aromas of strawberries and raspberries. On the palate it is fresh and has a fairly persistent finish.
Excellent both as an aperitif and in combination with seafood cuisine.
