Description
The Champagne Empreintes Extra Brut by Laherte Frères comes from the Chavot area, in the heart of Champagne, representing the quintessence of the terroir of this area. This Champagne is the result of a balanced blend of Chardonnay, of which a third of Chardonnay Muscaté comes from the vineyards of Les Chemins d'Épernay with clay soils and a calcareous subsoil, and Pinot Noir from the vineyards of Les Rouges Maisons, characterized by deep, rich soils. of clay, flints and shales on a calcareous subsoil.
The harvest, selected and harvested entirely by hand at the right point of ripeness, follows an alcoholic fermentation in barrique which preludes refinement on fine yeasts, enhancing the complexity and elegance of this champagne.
It stands out for its golden yellow color and fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, intense notes of black berries, fur, chalk and hazelnuts emerge, which herald a vinous, full, dense and spicy palate. Rich and powerful, this Champagne maintains a unique finesse and freshness, thanks to a well-balanced acidity and a crystalline structure.
It is ideal for accompanying first and second courses based on fish and white meat, offering a bold and refined tasting experience. Its finesse and freshness make it perfect to enhance the most sophisticated cuisine.
