Description

Rosé Champagne is produced by the Milan family company, which has been producing wine in the region for more than 150 years. The winery is located in Oger, between Avize and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, in the heart of the Côte des Blancs and is a Négociant Manipulant winery.

Produced from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, this Champagne ages for 36 months on the lees.

In the glass the wine has a straw yellow color, with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose reveals aromas of flowers and citrus fruits, raspberry and pomegranate. On the palate it is fresh and creamy, with excellent persistence.

Delicious as an aperitif, it pairs well with stewed fish and fish tartare.
