Champagne AOC Ascension Brut Carbon
Description
Carbon Champagne Ascension Brut is made with high quality grapes from Premier Cru vineyards of the Côte des Blancs and Marne, in the Champagne region.
It is produced with Chardonnay, Pinot Nero and Pinot Meunier grapes, carefully harvested by hand. After the classic vinification processes, the second fermentation takes place by refermentation in the bottle, according to the dictates of the champenoise method, refining for a long time on its own yeasts in the plaster caves of the Maison, away from light and in controlled environmental conditions.
Carbon Champagne Ascension Brut is characterized by a pale golden yellow color and a creamy and persistent foam. The nose opens with a complex bouquet, with hints of white peach and cooked pear, accompanied by pleasant notes of butter, white flowers and spices. On the palate the entrance is superb, becoming more full-bodied, rich and generous, voluptuous, with hints of toasted brioche and citrus which confirm its extraordinary elegance and harmony.
Excellent as an aperitif, it is ideal in combination with shellfish and fresh cheeses.
Since 2017, Formula One has signed an agreement with the Maison Carbon, which has become the official supplier of the magnums uncorked on the podium of the Grand Prix. The bottle, unique in its kind, is totally covered with a thin layer of carbon fiber, the same material that characterizes the technology present in this sport.
