Description

This Champagne is made up of 20% Chardonnay grapes which give finesse and elegance, 40% Pinot noir which give structure and roundness, and 40% Pinot meunier grapes which add a fruity note and agility. Before seeing the light, it remains to refine on its lees for 3 to 4 years in the Nicolas Feuillatte quarries. Together with the bottle, the very useful coolbag.

It has a beautiful intense straw yellow. The nose offers expressive notes of pear and apricot compote. In the mouth it is light, fresh and vibrant.

The refined taste of this champagne favors the company of blue cheeses, smoked salmon or sea bass sashimi.
