Description

The Champagne Reserve Exclusive by Nicolas Feuillatte is made up of 20% Chardonnay grapes that give finesse and elegance, a 40% of Pinot Noir that give structure and roundness, and a 40% of Pinot Meunier grapes that add a fruity note and agility. Before seeing the light, it remains to refine on its lees for 3 to 4 years in the Nicolas Feuillatte quarries.

It has a beautiful intense straw yellow. The nose offers expressive notes of pear and apricot compote. In the mouth it is light, fresh and vibrant.

The refined taste of this champagne favors the company of blue cheeses, smoked salmon or sea bass sashimi.
