Description

GH Mumm Champagne Brut Le Rosé is produced according to the traditional method of processing Brut Rosé champagne. On the cap you can see the rose designed by the artist Foujita to sanction the authenticity of the cuvée. The cuvée that goes to the second fermentation consists mainly of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay grapes, coming from 77 crus, with partial addition of carefully selected red wines.

GH Mumm Champagne Brut Le Rosé is dressed in a soft salmon pink color, with light orange hues, with a continuous perlage and a lively and fine foam. The nose opens with pleasant sensations of berries and pink grapefruit, which leave room for hints of strawberry, cherry and red currant, evolving towards a delicate scent of caramelized vanilla. In the mouth it is refined and fresh, with elegant hints of berries.

To be preferred in the company of red fruit desserts, it is delicious to serve cold as an aperitif.
