Description

Champange Brut Royal is the symbol of the style of the Pommery house: lively, fresh, refined. It is obtained from a balanced blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes, harvested in 40 selected villages of the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims. The period spent refining on the lees is at least 36 months.

Straw yellow with light greenish reflections, it opens to the nose with delicate and generous notes of fresh fruit, honey and citrus, with toasted references in the finish. On the palate it is rich, clean and soft, with a beautiful persistence.

Perfect in combination with smoked fish, stewed white meats as well as steamed crustaceans.
