Champagne AOC Cuvée Rosé Edizione Limitata Cage Laurent-Perrier

The Champagne Cuvée Rosé of the Maison Laurent-Perrier is born in vineyards located in the historic area of Champagne. In this version a luxurious metal cage encloses this iconic Henry VI style bottle.

It is produced with the best Pinot Noir grapes from the company's vineyards. After destemming, the grapes are left to macerate for 48-72 hours, to extract a delicate pink color and the whole aromatic spectrum typical of the grape variety. Subsequently the wine rests on its lees for at least 4 years.

This Champagne Cuvée Rosé has a fine perlage and an extremely elegant and bright salmon pink color. The nose is fine and fresh, with strong aromas of berries, such as strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and currants, enriched with delicate nuances of cherry and morello cherry. Fruity sensations dominate the palate too, in a perfect balance between freshness and structure.

Perfect as an aperitif or in combination with appetizers, it is ideal for accompanying desserts.
