Description
Albert Le Comte Champagne Brut Rosè De Saignèe comes from vineyards located in the heart of the AOC Champagne.
It is produced entirely with Pinot Noir grapes, harvested and selected only by hand. After the classic vinification processes, the second fermentation takes place according to the champenoise method, by refermentation in the bottle, with maturation on the lees for 30 months.
Albert Le Comte Champagne Brut Rosè De Saignèe is characterized by a light pink color and a very fine perlage. The nose opens with a refined bouquet of raspberry, black currant and blackberry. On the palate it is balanced, fresh and round.
This bubble is perfect to accompany fish dishes and berry desserts.
