Description

Produced in France by the maison J.P. Chenet, this alcohol-free white wine made from Chardonnay is crafted to deliver an authentic, refined experience, free of alcohol yet full of character. It makes an ideal companion to aperitifs or light meals, thanks to its versatile, modern nature.

Traditional winemaking is followed by gentle dealcoholization using the Spinning Cones Column technology, an innovative process that requires no heat. In about 30 hours, the alcohol is removed with utmost precision, preserving the wine’s structure and aromatic quality, without any added aromas.

In the glass it shows a bright golden yellow color. The nose is rich and enveloping, with notes of white flowers, citrus, yellow fruit and vanilla. On the palate it is lively and well balanced, with a roundness that makes it pleasantly harmonious.

Excellent as an aperitif or paired with salads, grilled fish, white meats, pasta or rice.
