Description

Enio Ottaviani's Chardonnay Rubicone "Mada" is produced in Romagna, in particular in the San Clemente area of Rimini. The vineyards, exposed to the south, south-east, on clay-loam soil, enjoy the breeze coming from the Adriatic Sea, ideal conditions for the development of the grapes, which also contributes to the formation of the organoleptic profile of the wine.

The manual harvesting of the grapes underlines the care and attention to quality, while the choice to ferment and refine in concrete enhances the natural characteristics of the vine.

Visually, the wine has an intense straw yellow color. On the nose, floral and fruity notes emerge, enriched by a delicate vanilla touch. In the mouth, it is harmonious and persistent.

It pairs perfectly with seafood, white meats, medium-aged cheeses, enhancing the culinary experience.
