Description
The Chianti Classico di Brancaia is born in vineyards located in the municipalities of Castellina in Chianti and Radda in Chianti.
The Sangiovese grapes are harvested by hand between the end of August and the beginning of September. The vinification takes place in steel and concrete vats, where the wine ages for 12 months.
Intense ruby red colour, the nose opens with intense hints of violet and cherry. On the palate it is fresh, with young tannins and a good persistence.
Perfect to accompany grilled meats, cold cuts and salami, pasta dishes with meat sauces.
