Description

The Chianti Classico Blue Label of the Lamole winery, in Greve in Chianti, is a partially Tuscan and partially international blend.

It consists of Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes, harvested from vineyards on schist soils at an altitude of between 350 and 550 meters. Following alcoholic fermentation, the wine ages in oak barrels before and in French barriques after.

At sight it presents itself in an intense ruby red hue. Amarena and berries are the predominant olfactory notes of the bouquet. The taste is juicy, rich in structure and wrapped in an elegant softness, which balances with the freshness and tannic component.

Ideal in accompaniment to a cut of beef.
