Description
The Chianti Classico Riserva Montegiachi is born from the fertile clay and sandy soils of the historic Chianti area.
Composed mainly of Sangiovese grapes and small additions of Colorino Nero, it derives from a classic fermentation in red, followed by an aging of 24 months in partially new oak barrels and another 3 months in glass.
Brilliant ruby red, it expresses an intense floral scent of violet. In the mouth it is harmonious and fruity, with hints of red fruits and spices typical of the aging process.
Recommended in combination with game dishes and mixed grills.
