Description

Librandi's Cirò Bianco comes from vineyards located in the Cirò, Cirò Marina and Crucoli growing area, at the foothills of the Sila plateau.

It is made exclusively from Greco Bianco grapes, harvested and carefully selected entirely by hand around mid-September. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks with gentle pressing of the grapes, and the must then matures in the same tanks before bottling.

It shows a straw-yellow color. The bouquet is pronounced, with clear scents of peach blossom, pear and hawthorn, enriched by pleasant, delicate citrus notes. On the palate it is fresh and savory, with fruit notes on the finish.

Perfect with fish dishes, it is ideal with shellfish and seafood.
