Cognac AOC Grande Champagne VS Gaston de Casteljac
Description
The Cognac Grande Champagne VS by Gaston de Casteljac was born in Pointou-Chanteres, a region of western France. It is produced from carefully selected natural white wines, according to an artisanal process that involves slow distillation in order to preserve the aromatic component intact. This cognac ages for 2 years in oak barrels before being placed on the market.
Golden yellow in color with copper highlights, Gaston de Casteljac's Cognac Grande Champagne VS brings to the nose a complex and elegant bouquet, with hints of vanilla and cinnamon, enriched with notes of plum and raisins. On the palate it is warm and refined, with hints of dried fruit, vanilla and oriental spices.
This cognac is perfect to sip slowly as a meditation distillate.
