Colli di Luni DOC Bianco Fior di Luna 2018 Lunae

The Colli di Luni Fior di Luna was born inside the vineyards of the famous Ligurian company Lunae, located in the municipalities of Castelnuovo Magra, Ortonovo, Sarzana and Beverino, in the province of La Spezia.

This wine is obtained from an interesting blend of Vermentino, Albarola and Greco grapes, manually harvested in small crates in mid-September. After a classic white winemaking process, the wine ages in stainless steel until February.

At sight it is straw-yellow with light greenish reflections. The scent is fine and delicate, with sensations of citrus well mixed with floral notes of hawthorn and elderberry. In the mouth dominate the freshness and flavor, wonderfully supported by an incredibly fascinating aroma.

To be drunk in the first 2 years of life, Fior di Luna pairs nicely with seafood salads, white fish and vegetables. Special with the famous ratatouille recipe. Also excellent as an aperitif companion.
