Description

Porta Marina Colli Maceratesi is a white wine produced by Fontezoppa in the territory of Civitanova, made from Ribona grapes grown at about 150 meters above sea level; it represents an authentic expression of this Marche grape variety, capable of combining freshness, local character, and pleasant drinkability.

The winemaking process involves destemming without crushing the grape, followed by gentle pressing, static decantation, and racking of the free-run must after 18-24 hours; the process is completed with a short bottle aging period to preserve fragrance and aromatic purity before it reaches the market.

It displays a bright straw yellow color; on the nose, it offers delicate aromas of white flowers and fresh fruit, with slight citrus notes; on the palate it is fresh and smooth, supported by pleasant acidity and a balanced, harmonious finish.

It pairs naturally with fish dishes, shellfish, seafood appetizers, and light Mediterranean cuisine preparations.
