Description

Colli Toscana Centrale Hybris of Fattoria Pozzolatico was born in the vineyards of the Vannicelli family, located on the Florentine hills.

It is produced with 100% Syrah grapes, rigorously harvested by hand. The wine ages in wood for about 12 months before being bottled.

It is characterized by a lively deep ruby red color. The nose opens with wide varietal notes of ripe fruits, hints of aromatic herbs and pleasant spicy nuances. In the mouth it expresses a solid but not invasive structure, harmonized by a great balance and long persistence.

Perfect to accompany red meats, it is ideal in combination with important Tuscan dishes, such as peposo, spicy and spicy dishes.
