Description
The Collio Pinot Grigio of the Tenuta di Angoris is born in vineyards located in Rocco Antico, in the municipality of Cormòns, the capital of Friuli wine.
It is produced exclusively with Pinot Grigio grapes, harvested in mid-September. After a cold maceration, the fermentation of the must takes place at controlled temperature for 10 days. Subsequently the must is left to rest for 8 months in stainless steel containers and then rests in the bottle for 30 days.
It is characterized by a straw yellow color, enriched with copper highlights. The nose opens with elegant floral aromas, pleasant hints of apricots and nuances of walnuts and orange. On the palate it is full, rich and elegant, with a pleasantly aromatic aftertaste.
Perfect to accompany white meats and first courses, it is ideal in combination with fish dishes.
