Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut Belsec Carmina

The Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Brut Bel Sec di Carmina comes from vineyards located on the hills of Conegliano Veneto.

It is produced exclusively with Glera grapes, which undergo a soft pressing by means of a horizontal press. Subsequently the must ferments at controlled temperature and in the presence of selected yeasts, before maturing in stainless steel tanks.

Bel Sec is characterized by a bright straw yellow color. The nose opens with aromas of Golden apple and pear, enriched with pleasant notes of fresh flowers such as wisteria and acacia. On the palate it is fresh, harmonious and pleasantly fruity, with a rich and creamy foam.

Perfect to accompany fish appetizers and appetizers, it is ideal in combination with vegetables, first courses with seafood and fish dishes.
