Description
Miano di Castellucci Miano is a Sicilian white wine that is born on the slopes of the Madonie, in the northern part of Sicily, at an altitude of 700-900 masl
The wine is made from 100% Catarratto grapes, which are harvested in October. Once in the cellar they are vinified in white in thermo-controlled tanks. Subsequently the wine ages in steel for 3 months and 2 months in the bottle.
Straw yellow in color, the nose has clear hints of yellow fruit and citrus. The sip is fresh and crunchy, of medium persistence.
Ideal as an aperitif, it is excellent in combination with light appetizers, fresh cheeses and vegetarian cuisine.
