Description

Cortona Syrah Migliara by Tenimenti Luigi d'Alessandro was born in the Syrah vineyard, located in the heart of Cortona.

It is produced exclusively with Syrah grapes, harvested by hand in late September. Fermentation takes place in wooden vats at a controlled temperature of 18-27 ° C for about 15-20 days. Subsequently the must is drawn off and racked into barriques, where malolactic fermentation takes place. The wine ages in concrete tanks for 5 months and for further 5 months in bottle.

Migliara is characterized by an intense red color. The nose opens with hints of berries, enriched with pleasant aromas of white truffles. On the palate it is rich and astringent, with a wonderful persistence and uniqueness.

Perfect to accompany white meats and noble poultry, it is ideal in combination with vegetables.
