Description

Unlitro di Ampelaia comes from the province of Grosseto, in Tuscany.

This is the expression of the youngest vineyards, which offer in this label a blend of Alicante, Carignano and Alicante Bouschet. The harvest takes place in the heart of September. An aging of about 6 months in concrete tanks makes the wine ready for bottling.

It shows an intense ruby red color. On the nose, its bouquet is divided into notes of cherry, raspberry and other red fruits, flowers, Mediterranean scrub and a light anise imprint. In the mouth it is fruity, with a good interweaving of freshness and flavor.

Ideal to combine with a tuna in caper sauce
