0uricA Viognier is a Costa Toscana produced by Tenute Folonari, a fresh and contemporary expression of the Tuscan coast. Made from 100% Viognier grapes, it embodies the spirit of the E0uricA line with a fragrant and bright style, capable of evoking freedom, sea breeze, and immediate pleasure through an intense and captivating aromatic profile.
The winemaking process is designed to enhance the varietal characteristics of Viognier, preserving its integrity and aromatic liveliness. Care in the cellar is focused on maintaining the freshness and natural balance of the grape, resulting in a harmonious, dynamic, and highly expressive white wine.
It displays a brilliant straw yellow color. On the nose, notes of mango, grapefruit, and citrus emerge, enriched by subtle hints of Mediterranean flowers. On the palate, it impresses with its fresh salinity and youthful balance, offering a harmonious, smooth, and immediately pleasant sip.
Perfect as an aperitif served chilled, it pairs well with fish risottos flavored with summer herbs, elaborate fish dishes, and fresh cheeses.
