Description

This French white wine is produced by Domaine de Savagny from Chardonnay grapes grown in vineyards in the Jura wine region in eastern France.

The pure Chardonnay grapes are softly pressed. The must is vinified in thermo-regulated vats at 16°C and subsequently refines on the fine lees for 18 months.

Golden yellow in colour, the nose reveals intense aromas of white and yellow flowers and mineral notes. The sip is fresh and sapid, with a good aromatic persistence.

Excellent to accompany roasted fish, white meats and semi-mature cheeses.
