Description

Arthur Metz's Crémant d'Alsazia Réserve de l'Abbaye is a sparkling wine obtained only from a careful selection of Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc grapes. The Alsatian vineyard from which this elegant bubble originates is located at the foot of the Vosges mountains, between Marlenheim and Thann. Following the sparkling process according to the dictates of the classic method, it rests on the lees for at least 24 months.

In the glass it has a golden yellow color with amber reflections and very fine and persistent bubbles. The nose brings back delicious sensations of yellow pulp fruit, while in the mouth it stands out for its fresh and soft character.

Perfect as an aperitif, it is excellent to accompany all recipes of gourmet cuisine.
